GPS 500 Garmin Nuvi: This review is from: Garmin nüvi 500 3.5-Inch Portable GPS Navigator (Electronics) We purchased this product as a all-in-one type unit. We needed a turn by turn navigation, a waterway navigation, and a geocaching gps. This unit does all three and works great. Convienent to change from driving, to bicycling, to walking. We have used this unit so far for driving navigation and geocaching and we love it. Can’t wait for next summer being able to use it out on the boat.

It has withstood the bumps and vibration from being mounted on my motorcycle no problem. Only complaint is the route planner sometimes takes me on some questionable paths, first gps I’ve owned with automatic route planning so I don’t know if they all similar or it’s just this model but for the price. I like it.
